Step 1: Enter the hotel ID that is printed on your receipt, or provided to you during your stay. If you do not have this ID number, please contact the hotel directly for this information.
Step 2: After entering the ID, you will see the name of the hotel and a satellite view of the property. If this is where you think you left your item, click the button to continue.
Step 3: Enter information about the lost item, including any details that may help the business locate or identify your specific item.
Step 4: Enter information about the owner, including their name, address and date of stay at the hotel.
Step 5: Click the FIND IT button at the bottom once you have provided all of the required details and the hotel will be notified immediately about the lost item. You will also receive a confirmation via email.
Step 6: Finally, sit back and rest assured that the hotel staff is working at locating your lost item and will contact you directly if they find your item.
